Nuna RAVA: Convertible (rear-facing → forward-facing harness; no booster mode). Manual gives ONE overall height ceiling for the whole seat — 49″ (124 cm) or less — not split by mode, so no per-mode height range is published. Forward-facing recommended at 2 years or older. Do not use if more than 10 years old (checked against the stamped manufacture-date label).

Cosco Scenera NEXT: Convertible (rear-facing → forward-facing harness; no booster mode). Forward-facing also requires at least 1 year old. Manual also prints max seated shoulder height 13.5″.

Recall record

Nuna — 1 on NHTSA's record · Cosco — 21 on NHTSA's record.

That is the record of the brand — not a verdict on these models. A recall names specific models and manufacture-date ranges, and a seat missing from the record is not "recall-free": check nhtsa.gov/recalls with the model and date of manufacture on your seat's label.
